Protocol Report
During our initial assessment, we’ll identify all of the affected building materials. We will then establish how the areas of concern will be isolated to prevent any form of cross-contamination. Our reports will highlight the proper way to remove and treat these areas whether its from Water, Mold, or Fire damage.
Post Remediation Verification (PRV)
Once the remediation company performs their final cleaning and remove all of the compromised materials, AVORI is called in. We will perform a final moisture inspection and collect samples in the treated areas to establish if conditions for acceptable air quality have been met.
Moisture Inspection
If you experience a leak or storm damage , our equipment will allow our assessors to scope out the extent of the damages. If moisture is present, microbial growth can begin to grow in as little as 24~72 hours! When it comes to water damage, acting quickly can save you money. Our reports will highlight all of areas where elevated moisture was found so that mitigation can be more effective once commenced.
Peace of Mind
When having little ones running around or individuals known to have respiratory issues, it’s best to play it safe. Our team will take air tests to identify exactly what’s in your air. We will also provide recommendations if further actions are needed.
